Why I Built This
It Started With One Laundromat Owner.
I ran a security business — Flylock Security Solutions — in the Virginia Beach–Hampton Roads area. One of my laundromat customers kept telling me what he wished he had. Nobody had built it. That's what got me thinking, and that's what started this.
Laundromat owners aren't any different from most small business owners. You feel overwhelmed. You feel like you can't catch up, or really disengage. So you go looking for tools to make yourself more efficient — and end up with a handful of disjointed ones. Eventually you're spending more time managing your tools than managing your business. If it works, we want evidence.
If something needs improvement, we want to find that too.
Proof could be a case study, documented results, a written quote, an interview, photos, video or another credible format we agree upon together.
You don't have to love being on camera.
You do have to be willing to help us prove what happened.
